About Melissa's Sourdough Bakery

Hiya! I am a Scottish Lass that has a passion for baking sourdough. A mother of 4 beautiful children and with my husband we live in the gorgeous North Georgia Mountains. I bake all my delicious bakes with my very own organic starter "Fancy Nancy" I created together with my daughter. The best quality organic and local ingredients is used to bake my breads and creations, I even use my very own raw honey. I love to share the joy of Sourdough bread with my community and the best part is seeing my customers happy smiles when they receive their breads and sourdough treats.
